Your child’s first visit
The first appointment is all about getting to know your child in a calm and supportive way. We’ll:
Take time to talk with you about your child’s health, habits, and any concerns
Gently introduce your child to the dental chair and environment
Provide you with a personalised treatment plan
Answer any questions you may have
Please note: no treatment is carried out at this first consultation appointment.

How to book
You don’t need a referral to see us—simply call our clinic or complete the online enquiry form, and we’ll be in touch to arrange an appointment.
If your child has been referred by a dentist, doctor, or health professional, please bring along any referral letters, notes, or X-rays.
Fees & payment
As a private specialist clinic, our services are not funded by the public system.
Consultation fees will be discussed at the time of booking.
An estimate of treatment costs will always be provided before starting care.
Payment options can be arranged with our reception team.
In some cases:
ACC may partially cover treatment for dental trauma (please expect a gap payment).
Private health insurance may contribute to costs, depending on your policy. We encourage you to check your coverage before your visit.
